Ok, I’m tired of trying to work through anxiety without meds. I really need something. I just wanted to get pregnant very soon, but it’s clear I don’t do well without medication.
Is there ANY antianxiety drug considered safe for use during pregnancy!?

there are some natural things you can take like Rescue Remedy or Calms Forte, or Nerve Tonic. They aren’t as affective as some meds, but they do help. However, if your anxiety is severe, your doc may want you to stay on your meds during your pregnancy, ya know, if the pros outway the cons. good luck!
My friend had 3 babies in 3 years. She was on anti anxiety meds thru all three. She’s been on then for a number of years prior. The doctor felt that her stress level would be out of control w/o the Xanax. Boy was the DR right~!She’s a mess on her good days.
She delivered 3 normal babies. That was a few years ago, maybe they have even safer drugs now.
I recommend seeing a specialist who can best monitor your condition. Your gyn can recommend someone and refer you to a perinatologist in order to have a safe pregnancy. This is common lots of women are successful.
Look up dr. melanie dreher. Look at her research and see if that is something you wanna do. Other than that, I cant really suggest anything else. Maybe hypnosis or some other homeopathic medication
