Anyway to control pregnancy mood swings/changes?
I’d really like to get serious and honest suggestions please! I’m in my 9th week of pregnancy and my husband says that this has been the MOST moodiest I’ve ever gotten with my pregnancies. (This is our 3rd and last). Sometimes i just feel so irretable. I kind of lash out at everyone. I don’t mean to, but i almost feel like sometimes i can’t help it. Any help/suggestions???
FYI: We are both VERY extatic about the pregnancy itself, so it’s not that i’m depressed or saddened due to the pregnancy.

well, all i can really say is that this is normal this is pregnancy…it only gets worse/better up and down the further into pregnancy you go! but youve been pregnant b4 so you should know that mood swings are up and down. I was the same way, im due with my first 2mrw! still no baby……one day im very happy and the next im crying for no reason! and ill snap at whoever pisses me off for no rreason lol….sometimes you need to just cry you know?….if you feel urself getting angry and irritable go outside and take deep breaths or into another room until youve controlled yourself.
goodluck
remember you CANT really help it, your hormones are sooo out of whack!!
i am pregnant with my 3rd baby also and i notice that i have some mood swings also like i got mad at my husband for chewing gum i didn’t like the smell of i was mean to him with our 1st child i wanted to hurt him every time he chewed food lol… and i had a boy with #2 he couldn’t get out of my sight for more than 5mins or i started to cry and that was a girl and this one well its up in the air lol… he just tries to tip toe around me for right now okay anyway its just your hormones out of whack from being pregnant and i told every one in the house that mommy might be in a bad mood sometimes and yell and scream or cry but i don’t mean to take it out on you it just cause the baby is growing in my belly and it makes me feel bad sometimes and i try to apologize every night when i put them to bed and try if you can to take a nap or lay down i find that helps me if i rest more
i hope this helps
Sleep as much as possible, eat lots of nutritious foods, skip the junk, and hydrate. Make sure your body needs nothing – the smallest need will make you feel horrible.
Lots of water is especially important because it can dilute the concentrated hormones in your body, so they affect you less.
Moodiness is normal, though, so you just gotta do the best you can at controlling yourself and/or removing yourself from annoying situations.
