Are there any anti-depression medications out there that are safe to take during pregnancy?

Because of a chemical imbalance I’m not able to go off depression medication, but my husband and I are TTC right now, and I want to make sure what I’m taking is safe.

Talk to your doctor. But many doctors are fine with giving TTC woman and pregnant women Zoloft. I took it for a while when I was pregnant. And my sister took it while pregnant with a couple of her children.
Fluoxetine 20mg daily. That is safe.
First…definitely speak to your physician about this.
Second, the MedlinePlus.gov website links to this article from OTIS, the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (teratology is the study of birth defects, etc.). You may also want to contact them directly at (866) 626-6847.
