BE NICE! Due to previous depression from 2 miscarriages, I am now 190 pounds. How can I lose 30 pounds fast?

First of all I’m sorry to hear of the miscarriages and depression and I hope you had support during this very difficult time.
As for losing the weight quickly if you do this it will pile straight back on. Start off by reducing your fat and sugar intake (my son lost 3 stone by doing this alone). Keep your meals small and take fruit in between as your snacks; eating small and often encourages your body to loose weight by increasing your metabolism. Do not be tempted to skip meals as your body will go into ‘starvation mode’ and slow your metabolism down. Ensure that you drink plenty of water as this helps your body to get rid of toxins also sometimes a person eats when actually they are not hungry but thirsty.

Drink only water, exercise at least an hour a day (preferably walking) and avoid stress eating and cravings. My favorite trick to avoid cravings is brushing your teeth, the taste it leaves in your mouth will make you not want to eat.
