HOw can I get myself to get ready in the morning? I’m having a hard time getting out of this depression.?

I just suffered a miscarriage and will be getting a divorce soon. I feel really crappy I don’t even want to take showers.

i’ve never had this happen, but all i can tell you,
is take a shower, or a bath with bubbles, in the shower, you can cry, and no one will notice, you might not notice.
a good cry, and a shower will do you good.
try and relax, and you WILL get over it enough to be OKAY with it, but you need to have patience, and good friends.
Sorry hun. Try to force yourself to get up each day and get yourself together. You are going through a lot right now. Try to read to take your mind off of things, watch funny movies, go to the gym and work out. I would also take time to myself by hanging out with friends or even crying it out may help.
It’s no wonder you feel crappy. You lost a child. You are having to start a new stage in your life. There may be a grief support group that you could attend so you will not feel so alone. You can choose what you want to do with your life right now. This can be a new beginning. If you continue to feel depressed, therapy/medication can help. I hope you will be feeling better soon.
