I am three days late after one cycle of clomid. Pregnancy tests say negative.Please share your experiences?
I have taken like 4 pregnancy tests and they are all negative so I don’t feel like its going to happen.
I usually have a very regular period. This month its late. Why is that? Did that happen to you>
This month we are going to do the IUI. So for the next few weeks I want to diet like crazy (I am overweight) to see if I can get some of this weight off and maybe that will help.
Anyways, thank you for letting me vent. My sleeping husband here besdie me has no idea the sadness I feel. But, I know you guys do.

no BFP but 15 weeks pregnant!!
I’ve used Clomid off and on for 3 years. Clomid is know for delaying ovulation which causes af to be delayed or a positive to show up if pregnant. My doctor told me to wait 5-7 days beyond af to retest and if still a negative to make an appt for a cyst check (which can also delay af). I got two cyst from using clomid.
I would wait a little longer or call your ob/gyn and ask to have a Quantitative Pregnancy Blood Test. It measures the level of hcg in your blood rather than say yes or no to detecting a certain level of hcg. If your level of hcg is over 5, your pregnant. If it’s 5, you may or may not so ask to have a second one done (which is done 2 days from the first one) and if the level doubles, you’re not only pregnant but have a healthy pregnancy. If the levels are under 5, it’s considered a negative result.
Clomid is known for delaying ovulation as well as period.. better get a blood test for a accurate result.

. Maybe your hcg levels have not been high enough to show up. Just wait for few more days to do a test again or just go to a doc and do a blood test for more accuarcy.
