Is the fatigue I feel depression or another cause??
I am a strong person but I am not sure whether my fatigue and tearfulness is due to depression or illness. I have had two miscarriages back to back, other personal problems and work problems and family pressures. I feel fatigued from midday to exhausted at 8pm and weak and want to sleep. Been to the gp who did thyroid and full blood tests for hep c and b and the full works. all came back clear. I have a hormonal imbalance with a cyst on my ovary, but other than that, I have no explanation.

Neither of us have that answer for you. You need to see a doctor.
You may also have TB. You never know. Your doctor would know
You have certainly been through a lot and that could cause anyone to be crying. It is possible that you have a physical problem known as Fibromyalgia. I’ve enclosed a list of the symptoms, if you think this matches how you feel see a doctor of rheumatology for help.
Here is a brief list of common symptoms of this disease:
Chronic pain throughout the body
Burning, numbness and tingling
Tenderness when pressure is placed on or around the neck, elbows, hips, thighs and knees.
Sleep disorders
Chronic fatigue or exhaustion
Depression
Anxiety
Facial Pain
Jaw Pain (TMJ)
Memory Loss
Irritable Bowel
Tension or Migraine Headaches
High sensitivity to foods and medications (allergic type reaction).
Minimal tolerance to heat and cold
High sensitivity to bright lights and sounds
Hair Loss
Because symptoms develop gradually, this disease is often misdiagnosed. It is often diagnosed as a repetitive strain injury; sleep disorder condition, irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis or any other type of medical problem. Based on the American College of Rheumatology a person is diagnosed with Fibromylagia when he or she suffers pain throughout the body for at least three months and has 11 out of 18 tender points present.
U could have chronic fatigue syndrom. this is always the last diagnosis for woman as most of the docs want to blame hormones and thyroid for the problem and they tell us to get plenty of sleep and exercise, have them test u for this disease and make sure they follow thru. i was tired and depressed so much of the time and had the same symptoms u did and i was watching a episode of the “GOLDEN GIRLS” ON LIFETIME… and the character dorthy had this condition and she saw all the best docs and the last one she saw told her what she had, and helped her get better. there is no cure of for chronic fatigue syndrome but there is remedies that can help. also if the depression keeps up ask them for cymbalta this worked wonders for me and i hope this helps u and god bless u for what u have endured and for what u are going thru.
