Possible calcium overdose or anxiety / pregnancy worries?
The past 2 weeks have been intense for me. These things were all in no way positive. I got used to a life where not much happened and all of a sudden a million things got thrown at me, not good.
I started getting a gag reflex I guess you could call it. I felt sick for a whole week and had sharp pains. During this time I started taking TUMS which I know have a lot of calcium. I think there was a day where I exceeded the 5 maximum per day, and I was constantly chewing them for about 3/4 days and now I stopped.
Is it possible I’m still having stomach pains from the anxiety, or because the tums made me become dependent.
Then I thought maybe it could be pregnancy, and that’s when I started to get really sick, although I don’t see how it’s possible. I used protection and I was even on the fourth or fifth day of my period.
Any tips/advice?
