omg im gonna do this when i get a chance , im 4 months preggo and my backs already starting to hurt lols (thank god the babys healty though)
This is the first time i ever considered relieving back pain with yoga, i’m so used to jumping in the pool for that. Now that i’m 32 weeks and the pool’s too cold, this feels just as great!
twists r fine if you control them and do them as shown in the video – full twists are not adviseable – ur right about that
don’t think you’re supposed to do twists while preg
Ohhh so great. This is actually the first time I’ve attempted to relieve any stress/pain through yoga. I’m 22 weeks currently and my back feels SO much better! I favorited! looks like I’m doing this everyday!
relaxin is wonderful chemical. we all need it i say.. to sleep and to win gymnastic competitions

Pregnant are more flexible than other women.
I have a qeustion. In 3:20-3:30 can you still do this pose if you are not as flexible as the lady?
