@nalinink I was 30 weeks here in the video and I practiced and taught up until my homebirth.
@BiermaniaHD If you’ve ever been pregnant, you would understand how good stretching your muscles feels. Also, stretching and relaxing is good for labor and delivery.

i do this almost every day. i’m 36 weeks and it feels so good to stretch and relax my body, i can’t get much exercise it’s too hot i live in florida! i have a lot of back and joint pain, so this and walking is perfect for me. also don’t dis on how it’s nothing more than stretching, that’s what yoga is! it gives me such good energy. i love this video i haven’t found any other ones like it. thanks so much!

I’m completed this up until the day my 10 lb baby was born, but it is truly based on your own physical fitness.
