Stress fractures in hips and pregnancy?

I need some help preferable by actual doctors or nurses on this website. I have had a history of having a femural neck stress fracture and some problems with my pelvis and right femur bone and know I am pregnant can this affect my pregnancy or me in anyway? Please let me know .

I had the same thing in boot camp, and its a very important thing to tell your doctor.
My doctor changed some of my lifting restrictions and gave me a prenatal vitamin with extra calcium.
Other than that, I’m 19 weeks and doing fine.
Mine healed completely about 3 years ago, so I don’t know if that affects anything either.
well the only thing is it might be a lot more painful pregnancy…I never had back problems but OMG my back was in so much pain the last 5 weeks all I could do was lay down.
