When a woman is pregnant her body goes through many different changes. Many of these changes are related to hormones. Hormones can cause the body to react differently to many different situations. One problem that many women face is panic attacks during pregnancy. This is not a serious problem if you take recognize and take charge of these attacks as soon as they happen.
If you are a person that already suffers from panic attacks then you will know what you are dealing with. Panic attacks during pregnancy may appear more often because of the hormonal changes you are experiencing. If you have not already been suffering from panic attacks they you may experience your first one during pregnancy.

The normal baby blues can happen in the days right after childbirth and normally disappear within a few days to a week. As a new mother, you can routinely have mood swings, sadness, crying spells, loss of appetite, sleeping problems or feel irritable, restless, anxious and lonely.
Usually, these symptoms are not severe and treatment is not needed. However, there are things you can do to feel better. Nap when the baby does. Ask for help from your spouse, family members and friends. Join a support group of new moms or talk with other moms.

We tried 7 days ago so I may be pregnant now, but it’s too early to be sure. I want to ask if anger, sadness and other bad mood will affect the early pregnancy in any negative way. Bad things happen in life and it’s hard to control one’s feelings at such time. But I am afraid this will affect baby. Please let me know your answer if you understand such issue. Thanks!
