what ones are safe, i have anxiety, i wont take them if great harm is expected xxxxx

I’m currently under huge stress for many reasons, I’m foreigner living in Japan and I’m afraid this could affect my child. In Japan people don’t do any counseling or anything.It’s just piling and piling.

I’m almost 36 weeks, and I find myself more tired and moody than ever before. My hubby came in today and asked what was for dinner…..I got pissed off and paired all the frozen meats with veggies/ pasta and cooked 4 meals worth of food. LOL! After I got done, I realized that was the craziest thing I’d ever done. What’s your story?

I have been so depressed lately, I don’t know how to handle it. My husband is away in Army training until July and I miss him so much and all I can do is worry about him and the baby, and I feel like being alone all the time, but I don’t want to be at the same time. I feel very overwhelmed by everything and I don’t know what to do, I really don’t want to take any risks with meds while pregnant, because even though I am 21 weeks along I’m so scared of losing this baby because I already had a miscarriage. I just don’t really know what to do with myself, does anyone else around have this same problem and know how to fix it? Or if not then you could post some funny story about your pregnancy, that might cheer me a bit. I have no idea.

I go through terrible stress at times. My hubby is great,but I get stressed no matter what.I am home all day and brood on some thoughts.
I want to know if anyone had such or more stress,emotional,not work stress or physical stress while pregnant and you had a happy healthy baby and you were healthy during pregnancy.
I had my 20 week ultrasound last week and all seems well so far.

I was thinking if anxiety is a pregnancy symptom???
I have been having these silly thoughts and i keep worrying like last night i had some thought in my mind and i couldnt sleep all night because i felt as if i had some tension in my mind and somebody is going to ruin my love and life.
Apart from that i have slight cramping in lower pelvis, hunger episodes, tiredness.
Are these pregnancy symptoms?

I am 14 weeks along and every sound my husband makes drives me insane. Just the sound of him swallowing a liquid makes me want to hit the cup out of his hands and say stop being so loud. Is this normal or should I just kill him lol so just kidding but seriously I have never been violent and these emotions are taking me for a ride.

ok. my girlfriend just got on the shot about a month ago. we started having unprotected sex two weeks after. now she is experiencing symptoms of pregnancy but also side effects from the shot but they are both very similar. pregnancy symptoms she is having: stomach ache, nausea, throwing up, headaches, mood swings, very very sensitive, sometimes body aches. also her stomach makes noises which is really weird. anyways. side effects:change in sex drive, change in appetite or weight gain, depression, hair loss or increased hair on the face or body, headache, nausea, sore breasts. these are both closely related. i also read that the shot will throw off a home pregnancy test so i think the best thing to do is to get blood tested. i would like your opinion. pregnant or just symptoms?
