Twin Pregnancy Mood Swings
Although not discussed as frequently as nausea or morning sickness, mood swings are definitely one of the less enjoyable aspects of pregnancy and very common. Mood swings go beyond feeling tearful while watching sappy commercials or Lifetime movies; they can raise real-live havoc on your day-to-day ability to cope. It seems unfair, but if you are plagued with PMS, you are also more likely to suffer from PMS type symptoms during pregnancy.
Mood swings will usually affect you more during the first and third trimesters. Don’t worry when you are happy and content one minute, enjoying the company of a friend or family member, and the next minute, they are immensely irritating you. These feelings are normal. You may also feel increased anxiety or intense anger over small things that prior to pregnancy would have been a mere irritant.
