23 weeks pregnant with my second and when I sneeze I pee. I have to carry extra panties in my bag when I go out (I don’t want to wear a pantie liner) its really annoying. My doctor said just to cross my legs and it should go away a few months after I have the baby.
I do kegals (maybe on average 20 a day)
Are those weight inserts useful for this?
Any other ideas?
