I did not read the book as I bought it for my daughter. But evaluating my order. The book came in record time. Wayyyy before the estimated arrival time I was given. It was on the doorstep in just a couple days from my order date. That is definatly a PLUS.

Was just really nice to know that there are people going through the same thing as I am and that they made it through it okay.

i read this book while i was going through ppd, it was not an easy read , i found myself putting the book down and having a little cry every once in a while since some of the stories hit too close to home.i was relieved to learn that i wasn’t alone and very happy to read happy endings. thankfully my own ppd ended after about 6 months of having my son

I read this when I was 6 months PPD and it gave me life. I needed to know that I was not the only person who had thoughts like the ones shared in this book. I needed to know that I could recover, love myself, love my children well. Encouraging and worth the $.

I love this book. Even two years after my own battle with postpartum depression I like to thumb through the pages and re-read the accounts of women who “have been there”. It’s comforting to know I was never truly alone. This book is a must for any women struggling with postpartum depression! It is easy to read, with no heavy clinical mumbo jumbo. Just heart felt personal accounts from women who suffered from postpartum depression and their triumphant recoveries that followed.
