Well, I haven't been pregnant (obviously), but I do know some ways to get out of depression w/out meds. One way is to exercise for thirty minutes. It doesn't have to be extreme, just take a walk around the neighborhood. If it is too much strain on you, you can always break it up. Five minutes of exercise every hour, perhaps? Thirty minutes of exercise is the same as taking two anti-depressants. Also, try to express your feelings as much as possible. Communication is key in relationships. Try talking to your boyfriend about the problems you are going through and try to work out a solution. Also, if you are religious, you can always pray to God!! He will always help you. And just know that He is standing right next to you right as you read this, and He won't leave your side!! Good luck!!

Wow, Lil Mommy, Sometimes problems with relationships can become overwelming at the time. Especially your body is going through changes and that increases everything. I remember when I was 6 months pregnant. Boy I was like this bowling ball that only my hubby could roll me out of bed. Your just really feeling it. Take a hot bath. Deep breath when you feel overwhelmed. Take 3 deep breaths and breath only out of your mouth. That will help to relax your body . Do something nice for yourself. Shopping always gets my mind off things . I understand the moodiness. It stinks. I don't think you want to experiment without a dr. talking to you on meds. Maybe just give doc a call explain to him what is happening. He can help you better. I feel for you and maybe also just sit down with your boyfriend and say you really need him to be more understanding now that you feel like this. His support will help alot. Be praying for you and I know this too will pass. Wait till you see that awesome baby's face. Chow for now.Bonniejean
